The main location of Synerlogis is in Altenholz near Kiel, directly on the Baltic Sea and close to the Technical University with which we have been successfully cooperating for years.
Since April 2022 we have another location in Marl, at the northern edge of the Ruhr area with direct proximity to the shipping depots.
Whereas Altenholz is mainly used for refurbishment of consumer electronic products, Marl is specialized in testing and processing of routers and cable modems.
Yes, we work on a special version of the CLOUD WMS solution WEMALO.
With our own developments in the area of GRADING & Refurbishment, we have succeeded in setting up an efficient process for single returns as well.

The WEEE Directive stipulates that electronic products must be registered in the relevant country before they are sold and that the dealer must fulfill his product responsibility or take-back and disposal responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no Europe-wide registration body here. The registrations are done in the country and one has to consider many specifics.
In Germany, the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act applies. The aim of the ElektroG is to increase the take-back rate of electronic products to protect the environment. Manufacturers, distributors or importers of electrical equipment must register there before the start of sales and contribute to the disposal costs and ensure that the equipment is treated appropriately when it is taken back.
