We process personal data, which are collected when visiting our websites, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. 1. Data collection and processing for access from the Internet
When you visit our websites, our web servers temporarily store every access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until automated deletion:

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
Any use of your personal data will only be for the purposes set out and to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes, or if required by national law or as required by law enforcement in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure. A transfer for other purposes to third parties does not take place in principle.

3. Newsletter and Distributor, Orders – Consent for further use

To sign up for one of these Synerlogis services we need at least your email address. Further details are voluntary and are used to address you personally and to be able to clarify questions about the e-mail address. For postal delivery we need your address data. As a rule, we use the Double Opt-In method for registering with our services. That means, we will only send you information, for example a newsletter if you confirm your registration after receiving your e-mail address via an e-mail sent by us and a link contained therein. This is to ensure that only you yourself can log in to the service as a user of the specified e-mail address. Your confirmation must be sent promptly to us for sending the e-mail, otherwise your registration and e-mail address in our database will be deleted. 4. Cookies
