Already as from 20 December 2013, Synerlogis GmbH&Co.KG has taken over the service for receivers of the brands Zehnder, Blaupunkt and TechnoTrend. In the branch office in Kiel, complaints of merchants and end customers are processed and in addition a technical call centre is operated that is available for all questions relating to the products within the business hours from 8 am – 4.30 pm.
On a daily basis, the team at our Kiel location receives all complaint returns and checks them for the indicated error patterns. Subsequently, Synerlogis ships the repaired or replacement devices back to the sender within 48 hours.
With this service Synerlogis ensure a sustainable returns and customer management on the basis of integrated systems.
